cancellation policy

Cancellation by Foodie:

The Foodie may always cancel an order within the first 24 hours of having placed the order through Bites. In such instance, the Foodie will get a 100% refund.

If the Foodie cancels the order 5 or more days in advance, the Foodie will get a 50% refund, and the Cook will receive 50% of the amount the Cook would have otherwise received had the Foodie not cancelled the order and had the Cook fulfilled the order.

If the Foodie cancels an order 4 or fewer days in advance, the Foodie will not receive any refund, and the Cook will receive 100% of the amount that Cook would have otherwise received had the Foodie not cancelled the order and had the Cook fulfilled the order.
